KERAMIC provide services with various machinery and equipment in the ceramic and vitrified sector.

A project done by Keramik successfully for sink, toilet vitrified etc. production facilities of one of the biggest companies in this sector in Turkey as described below;

Job:

• Shrinking the stacked pallets of the vitrified products' coming from production via conveyor
• There are 3 different pallet sizes to be shrinked
• Customer wants holes on the shrinked & undershrinkked pallet for the fork lift truck operations
• There should be 6 buffers for the load operations after shrink machine

Solution:

We used for this job;

• Conveyor system as input and output of the shrink system
• Shrink machine with undershrink option, including dimension sensors to recognize pallet type & height and
• 3 nylon roll holders
• 4 sets of blade & sensors for holes for fork lift trucks.
