KERAMIK has been founded in 1985 by Dipl. Ing. Mehmet Buyukcingil who has started to work in Germany and has been in the brick and roof-tile industry since 1976. Since its foundation in 1985 for the purpose of designing and constructing technological brick and roof-tile plants, KERAMIK has made many :

KERAMIK is a group of companies based in Turkey. It is composed of 3 different companies working in the fields indicated below:

KERAMIK MAKINA; is the leading business unit which designs and produces Machinery and Complete Plants for Brick and Roof Tile Industries.

KERAMIK AMBALAJ; is the business unit which produces the Packaging Machines such as Industrial Shrinking and Strapping Machines.

KERAMIK DIS TICARET; is the business unit which is the trading company of the group.
The Group's mission is to constantly improve the performance of its businesses by satisfying customer requirements for high quality engineered products and related services.

KERAMIK mainly designs turn-key brick and roof-tile plants as required by its customers in all aspects and meets the world-wide required standards.

The clay testing takes place in our partner Laboratory in Germany.

According to this detailed clay analysis and customer demands, all the engineering work for general planning, basic and detailed design are supplemented by latest computer modeling tools which are finally realized through AutoCAD Inventor 3D software by our highly experienced and skilled engineers.

KERAMIK HAS EXHIBITED IN CERAMITEC 2009 WHICH WAS HELD BETWEEN 20-23 NOVEMBER IN MUNICH, GERMANY.
KERAMIK has exhibited in CERAMITEC 2009, 11th International Trade Fair for Machinery, Equipment, Plant, Processes and Raw Materials for Ceramics, Powder Metallurgy and Heavy Clay Industry, which was held between 20.10.2009 – 23.10.2009 in Munich, Germany.

KERAMIK and World’s leading industrial robot producer FANUC has just combined their forces. According to the mutual aggreement between both parties, KERAMIK has become the solution partner of FANUC in brick and roof-tile industries.

KERAMIK HAS SIGNED A NEW CONTRACT IN THE TURKISH REPUBLIC OF NORTHERN CYPRUS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF ROBOTIZED LOADING/UNLOADING AND PALLETIZING SYSTEMS.
In addition to the first contract for the construction of a traditional tunnel kiln, KERAMIK has signed the second contract with one of his customers in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus for the construction of Robotized Tunnel Kiln Car Loading/Unloading and Palletizing Systems.

KERAMIK HAS SIGNED A NEW CONTRACT IN IRAQ FOR THE PRODUCTION OF A HOFFMANN KILN FUEL-OIL FIRING SYSTEM.
KERAMIK has signed a new contract with one of his customers in Northern Iraq ragarding the production of a fuel-oil firing system for the customer’s existing Hoffmann kiln.
